About the Role


Step into a pivotal role that keeps our digital environment stable, reliable and ready for the moments that matter.

You will oversee enterprise-wide release cycles, coordinate deployment activities across the cloud and on-premises platforms and maintain the integrity of all environments. You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams to ensure changes are delivered safely, consistently and with minimal disruption, especially during peak operational periods.

This is a hands-on, system-focused role where structure, precision and reliability matter every day.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead enterprise release, deployment and environment management across SaaS, cloud and on-premise platforms.
  • Manage the enterprise release calendar, ensuring effective sequencing and alignment across all teams.
  • Execute readiness checks, go/no-go decisions and cutover/rollback processes for major releases.
  • Maintain environment integrity and availability through strong configuration, version control and access practices.
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security, privacy and audit requirements, driving continuous improvement.
  • Engage stakeholders and vendors effectively, communicating release impacts and supporting a collaborative, safe culture.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong planning, organising and analytical capability, with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across technical, business and vendor teams.
  • Understanding of cyber security, privacy, audit and compliance expectations in a regulated environment.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, accountable and safe team culture.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise release, deployment and environment operations across SaaS, cloud and on-premises platforms, with strong configuration and access control discipline.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL practices and DevOps/CI‑CD methodologies, including automation and coordination of vendor-led and internally managed releases.
